If you didn't like Phil's prediction this year, remember that historically he's only been correct 39% of the time. I, for one, am ready for spring!

I didn't really care for Phil's prediction, here's the funny part, I didn't know he was wrong sometimes. LOL
I have to stop believing everything I hear and read.
